We have a nationwide network of commercial equipment service companies that we work with to fulfill our warranty obligations. In addition to this, we send a parts kit with spare flame sensors and igniters for each burner located in your oven. These are the most common wear item and cause of oven failures. Sending these parts with the oven greatly reduces the risk of your oven being down.
Yes, we offer installation services via local rigging and machinery moving companies in your area for an extra fee. This is only for the placement of your oven within your location and does not include mechanical connections. Plumbing, electric and venting connections must be arranged by the customer.
We have a 30-day return policy from date of delivery for all of our ovens and are authorized on a case by case basis. All returns require customer to pay for return freight and associated costs with loading and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Any oven purchased that required customization or specific modifications are subject to higher re-stocking fees and in certain cases may not be returnable. Refunds are only issued for the original oven purchase price and will only be issued within 30 days of the receipt of the returned oven and upon satisfactory inspection that the returned oven is the same as the original as shipped condition.
